Such a cynical number. No wonder this has beaten a chorusline as the longest running American musical in history. This story of fame and media corruption still resounds today, never mind the when it debuted in 1976.

Bebe Newirth, Linda Eder, Karen Siemba, vs touring europe on a motorbike, glorious memories of europe, lovely memories of the ladies I met. But after watching Karen & Bebe on ladies of broadway, and finding Linda Eder , I consider myself lucky to have to have senn them, but ladies you missed out on a trip round europe that was divine 😅😊😊

I was a few weeks away from my trip to New York City. We had our tickets for TITANIC. This was such a thrill to see. I didn’t know any of the songs. It was a spectacular play. And little did I know that Brian D’Arcy James, portraying Fred, the stoker, was going to be a MAKOR star a few years later.

Not bragging, I read about the film coming out in a local free paper in Indianapolis, IN, and went alone to see it the weekend it opened and was blown away. I had the soundtrack on CD. I saw a stage version of it several years later. He wasn't JCM, but you could feel his connection to the material. I'd go again for sure.

imagine doing that (plus all the other dances) 8x a week. dang. This is the number that wins ladies Tonys (and Oscars).

I first saw Ms Kahn in the movie “What’s up Doc?” With Barbra Streisand and Ryan O’Neal. I was mesmerized by her in that fiIm. I never had the opportunity to see her perform live which will forever be my loss.
